# Running Jobs or Workflows
Jobs in Gatekeeper Enterprise represent automated processes that perform tasks based on defined policies and configurations.
## Creating a Job
1. Navigate to **Jobs** > **New Job**.
2. Select a job template or create a custom configuration.
3. Define inputs and parameters.
4. Save and run the job.
## Monitoring Job Progress
- View status in the **Jobs Dashboard**
- Receive notifications upon completion or failure
- Review job logs for troubleshooting
**Tip:** Use job templates for recurring processes to reduce configuration time.
