User & Role Management

Gatekeeper Enterprise employs Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to regulate system access and capabilities.

## Creating Users

1. Navigate to **Administration** > **Users**.

2. Click **Add User**.

3. Enter user details and assign roles.

4. Send invitation to the new user.

## Managing Roles

- Predefined roles include Administrator, Auditor, and User.

- Custom roles can be created with tailored permissions.

- Assign multiple roles to users as necessary.

**Note:** Regularly review user roles to ensure least privilege access.
